- What you get. A personal, monthly membership to ViV, an AI assistant for real estate agents: her app, your homes page and listing pages, seller pages, listing presentations, and ViV inside ChatGPT and Claude (while in testing, those may change). New skills as they're added.
- You're the professional. ViV drafts; you review and send. You're responsible for everything you send, post or sign — including fair housing, advertising rules (in South Carolina, your brokerage's full name: SC Code § 40-57-135), Do Not Call, and your brokerage's policies. ViV counts contract dates; the closing attorney interprets them.
- Your homes page answers buyers. It answers only from the facts you give ViV, says it's an AI, never gives a price opinion, and hands you the lead. Keep your facts current; you're responsible for them.
- No guarantees. AI makes mistakes. Check names, numbers, dates and MLS data before you rely on them. ViV never values a home.
- Other apps. ChatGPT, Claude, Flexmls and any other service you connect are governed by their own terms.
- License. Your ViV is licensed to you alone. Don't share your link or resell ViV.
- Billing. Monthly, billed by Surfstung, LLC. Cancel any time by texting 843-442-7992; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. No refunds or credits for partial months.
- Your data. Our privacy page says what we keep and for how long — including that your Desk and your buyers' leads are deleted 90 days after you cancel.
- Changes. We may update ViV and these terms; when we do, the date at the top changes and we say so on the site.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
