01 — For you, the agent
What we keep for you.

| Your page and your listings | Your brokerage, market, phone, alert email and photo, and each listing's facts, numbers and photos. Your homes page and listing pages are public — that's their job. |
| Your Desk | Your leads, the people you import or tell ViV about, deals and their deadlines, expenses and miles, and your ViV card. Who you marked reached each day, for your week's scoreboard, and your weekly goal if you set one. Your people, deals and money records are stored encrypted. |
| Seller pages | What you post to a seller's page and what your seller writes back. When a home sells, its page keeps the numbers it had that day. |
| Listing presentations | The address, what you typed about the home, the seller's first name and any photo you add; and during the demo, what the seller asks ViV and her answers, with phone numbers and emails removed. Kept 14 days. A number the seller leaves is never kept — it only rides in the alert to your phone. |
| ChatGPT and Claude | A sign-in token for ViV only, stored as a scrambled hash. For ChatGPT, the email you confirm once, stored sealed. |
| Flexmls | If you connect it: its sign-in tokens, so ViV can read your MLS data in her app. |
| Phone alerts and your calendar | If you turn them on: your browser's alert subscription, and your private calendar link. |
| Your lead inbox | If you turn it on: the lead emails you forward to your ViV address. |
| Ask ViV in her app | Your messages, and any photo you send her, go to our AI provider to get her answer. The conversation stays on your phone. |
| Counts | How many times your signs and pages were scanned each day — numbers only. |
| Server logs | Our host keeps standard request logs (time, page, IP address) for security and errors. |
02 — For buyers and sellers
If you talked to an agent's ViV.
- On an agent's homes page, ViV answers from that agent's own facts, and tells you she's an AI assistant.
- Your questions, and the name, number or email you choose to leave, go to that agent only, as a lead. They're not shared with other agents. ViV doesn't email or text you — the agent reaches you themselves.
- What a seller writes on their own page goes to their agent.

03 — Who helps run ViV
Each under its own terms.

| Flexmls | Only if you connect it. |
| Charleston County's public map service | A listing's address, to show its public county record on the listing page. |
| IndexNow | Told when a public listing page changes, so search engines find it — page links only. |
| Google Fonts | The typefaces on ViV's pages; your browser asks Google for them, like most sites. |
If you connect ViV to ChatGPT or Claude, what ViV shows you there becomes part of that chat, under OpenAI's or Anthropic's terms for your account.
04 — What we don't do
No selling. No sharing.
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't show one agent's data to another.
- We share only with the services above, or when the law requires it.
05 — How long
Kept while you're a member.

| Your Desk and your buyers' leads | While you're a member. Deleted 90 days after you cancel. Come back within those 90 days — text Mike and he turns your same link back on — and nothing is lost. |
| Leads on your door | The list keeps each one 120 days, and the newest 200. Your door also remembers a returning buyer (their name and what they asked last time, so ViV can pick up where they left off) for up to 550 days. |
| Listing presentations | 14 days. |
| Scan counts | 40 days for your homes page; 130 days for each listing. |
| Who you marked reached | 21 days — enough for this week and last on your scoreboard. |
| Sign-in and connect codes | Minutes: a connect code works once, for 10 minutes; an email sign-in code stops after 10 minutes without a try, or after 5 wrong tries. |
06 — Your choices
You're in charge of it.
- Ask to see or delete what we hold about you: text 843-442-7992.
- Cancel any time by texting the same number.
- Disconnect ChatGPT or Claude in that app's settings. In her app, ☰ → New link signs out every other device.
07 — The rest
Two more things.
Children. ViV is for licensed real estate professionals, not for anyone under 18.
Changes. If this changes, the date at the top changes and we say so on the site. Our terms cover the rest.
